A-AS SERIES

The A and AS self-priming range are used for pumping simple liquids like water, CIP solutions, raw milk, whey, juice and syrups. They can also handle foaming liquids and are especially suited for applications where air or gas is entrained in the pumped liquid. A very popular duty is CIP scavenge and return.

Quick disassembly makes them particularly suitable for applications in the food and beverage industries, where regular inspection or micro testing may be required.

Flow rates up 50 m³/h, and heads up to 40 m (4 bar) are available.

Horizontal and vertical runs are important factors when determining head.  Friction loss is critical to determining head pressure.  To properly size a pump, the size and type of all fittings, valves and equipment must be taken into consideration.
